INTRODUCTIONThe Molino Errotaenea has been a flour mill and bakery and the residence of the owners since the XVIII century until the beginning of the XX century. The area has 30.000 square metres and is surrounded by the river Omecillo, which supplied the water for the mill. It also moved the turbine which supplied electricity to Espejo and the villages nearby (Tuesta, Bergüenda and Puentelarrá) in the last century.
The original house has been refurbished maintaining the structure, and adapting the areas to make them more comfortable and with a better view for the guests. The garden has been restored, and the beautiful century old plane trees offer shade in the hot summer.
